Your inquiry
The commission form prepares a summary in your browser. It does not submit information to a Modern Bloom database. Copy details places the summary on your device’s clipboard. Preparing an email creates an email link; you must review and send the message through your own email application. Modern Bloom receives the information only when you send it.
If you email us, we use your name, contact information, project preferences, location, budget, and requested date to respond and discuss your project. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information. Inquiry information is not used to enroll you in marketing.
Location suggestions
Place suggestions are off by default. If you enable them and then type at least three characters in the location field, the site sends your search text to Photon, operated by komoot, to obtain place suggestions using OpenStreetMap data. That service also receives network information such as your IP address. You can use a city or venue instead of a home address. Suggestions are not required to complete the field. Your device’s precise location is not requested. Turning suggestions off stops further searches; it cannot withdraw requests already sent. Photon’s handling of those requests is outside Modern Bloom’s control.
Hosting, fonts, and storage
This site is hosted by ChatGPT Sites. OpenAI and its hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requests, and security logs to operate the site. The site loads Newsreader and DM Sans from Google Fonts, which receives the requests needed to deliver those fonts.
The site stores one preference in your browser’s session storage to remember whether you have seen the introduction. It lasts for the browser tab’s session. The hosting provider may also set security cookies for bot detection and abuse prevention, including the __cf_bm cookie observed on the hosted site. These are separate from the introduction preference. No advertising trackers, visitor analytics scripts, newsletter enrollment, or payment collection are included in this version of the site.
Correspondence and requests
Inquiry emails are handled through Microsoft 365 / Outlook and the associated GoDaddy email service. Your own email provider also processes messages you choose to send. We use relevant correspondence to respond to requests, arrange agreed services, keep business records, and resolve questions. We retain correspondence while it is needed for those purposes and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell inquiry information.
To ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion of information held by Modern Bloom, email hello@modernbloom.co. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required for legal or contractual obligations.
Security and contact
Please report suspected site security issues to hello@modernbloom.co. Do not include passwords, payment information, or other people’s personal information in a report. No website or email service can guarantee absolute security.
